Pool & Clubhouse Basics (Located at 1191 Skyline Dr.)

Our pool is 30 ft. by 55 ft, with depth of 3.5 to 5+ feet.   It's newly re-plastered, and completely renovated with shade areas, tables, barbeque pit, restrooms and plenty of seating.  The view from the pool is incredible.  The Clubhouse has a downstairs game room with kitchen and restrooms, and an upstairs meeting / party room with separate kitchen, serving bar, tables/chairs and restrooms.  Details for both facilities are below.

Pool Security

Our Pool GATE system uses Key Fobs.   After following "How to become a Pool Member for 2019" instructions below, you will receive two small keychain-fobs, the size of a quarter dollar but thicker.   Why the change?   This system, plus our security cameras, have helped minimize potential vandalism and other issues.

- FOR VILLAGE RESIDENTS Pool Membership cost is $125 per year per family.  If you haven't yet paid your $24 Annual CLVCA Dues, your cost will be $149 for combined dues and pool membership.  If you have multiple years back-dues unpaid, then each year's dues of $24 per year including all late fees must be paid to be a pool member.
