Board Meetings will be held the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm unless otherwise indicated.  You are welcome to attend any meeting, but it is always best to check the website or contact a board member to be sure there are no changes in the schedule.

The official name of the Association is: "Canyon Lake Village Civic Association, Incorporated", a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping The Village a great place.  The Association works under established Bylaws, just click the link to see them.  

Association Dues: 

Dues are $24 per year, per property owner.  Owners of multiple lots in the same name, only pay one fee of $24 and do not pay for each lot. Dues notices are sent out at the beginning of each year.  If you are behind in your dues payments and want to catch up on them and Late Fees, call Vicky Carley or Toni Knight at their contact info above.   

PROPERTY OWNER DUES: Property Owner Annual Fee $24.00/Year.
Pool Member Fee. $I50.00/Family/Year (optional).
ASSOCIATE MEMBER DUES: Non-Village Resident Annual Fee $40.00/Year.
Pool Member Fee $I50.00/Family/Year (optional). The total for both is $190.00.

The Canyon Lake Village Civic Association Inc. was established to manage deed restrictions, to oversee and maintain the clubhouse and pool areas and to take care of owners’ concerns related to those areas.
