Construction Approval Process    Deed Restrictions  Bylaws

The Village is a moderately deed-restricted community, and construction requires review by the Board of Directors.

CONSTRUCTION APPROVALS: For all new construction, exterior remodeling, swimming pools, and fencing, Canyon Lake Village Civic Association, Inc. requests that property owners submit plans for review and approval.

Plan submissions must include the property’s legal description and address, the property owner’s name and phone number, and a written description—or preferably a drawing—of the proposed work. Submissions must clearly show the location of all proposed improvements and describe the nature and scope of the work.

Property owners should wait for approval of their submitted plans before beginning any construction.

Plans may be submitted by mail or by email in PDF or Microsoft Word format. Hardcopy submissions are also accepted.

Please direct all questions regarding construction approvals and property improvements to James Reddoch, Chairman of the Architectural Committee, at kc358@gvtc.com.
